Preliminary Matters – Consent Agenda

Preliminary Matters:

We will hold the May 2, 2011 Board meeting at the South Fulton Middle/High School at 7:00 p.m. Prior to the meeting, the school will provide a meal beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Items of Note:

Gateway/End-of-Course exams will be conducted from May 3, 2011 through May 5, 2011. The last day for classes will be May 19, 2011. High School graduations have been set for Friday, May 20, 2011. South Fulton High School ceremonies will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by Obion County Central High School ceremonies at 7:30 p.m.

Consent Agenda (Item VI.):

The consent agenda consists of the monthly personnel report and the monthly financial reports/business activity.

Also, as of March 23, 2011, the following has been removed from the technology inventory system and taken to the Obion County Recycling Center.

(1)   projector

All of the above equipment was in non-working condition or of no value due to usage and age. A document describing the equipment is attached.

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of all items listed on the consent agenda.
